Make sure you turn on the tablet properly - hold down the power button until it vibrates, then release and wait. The Lenovo logo appears, and we wait until you turn it on completely.
If it does not turn on at all, let the tablet charge. When you insert the tablet charging cable, the tablet vibrates and a red light turns on to indicate that the tablet is charging. If the light is off or flashing, the charging cable may be bad and you may need to try another one or purchase a new one. Try different chargers, different outlets and try charging for a long time, then turn it on again.
