All sales made from the Storyous POS app are recorded. In the administration, you can find them in the Bills section and the Bills tab as a chronological listing of all bills from the newest to the oldest with all the necessary data. In this article, we will learn how to find the necessary data for bills in the administration and work with them further.
Bills overview
At the top, you can select a specific place (1) from which you want to view bills and export the current list of bills, including sorting and filtering, to a .csv file or files for uploading to the Pohoda and Flexibee accounting systems (2).
In the list of bills, you can sort them all by bill number, closing date, final price, discount, closed by, payment method, completed fiscalization within EET and type (3). Using the calendar (4) you can choose the desired period, in the first window you enter the date from which you want to view the receipts and in the second the date until which you want to see them. You can also display only bills according to the selected filter (5) in the list.
In the statement, you can also retroactively change the payment method (6), all methods are available in the Payment methods tab in the settings , or view the details of the bill (7). If you click on refund (8), the system prompts you to enter the reason for cancellation and after selecting it, crosses out the bill. You can then delete the refunded bill from the list (9), but you can always find it in the Cancellations and discounts control tab.
A fiscalized bill is displayed in the statement with a blue background and a note, nonfiscalized with a red background and a note. If you want to return the canceled bill to the list, it will be necessary to mark the bill again in the Storyous POS app on the tablet for EET records.
Bill detail
In the details of the bill, you will find an exact copy of the data on the bill, including a list of marked products. Above, you can look at the progress of the bill (10) or print the bill (11) on A4 format from the computer in case the inspection requires the presentation of a document.
